As Aymarin Yachting Tourism Ltd. (the "Company") we are the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). This notice covers data processed during booking and contact.
Data processed
Name, phone, email, nationality, date of birth, passport or ID number (for harbour notification), dietary and health notes (only as far as the guest shares them), payment details and communication records.
Purposes and legal bases
- Forming and performing the charter contract (performance of a contract)
- Notifying passenger lists under coastal safety and harbour regulations (legal obligation)
- Offers, information and satisfaction surveys (legitimate interest; explicit consent for marketing messages)
Transfers and retention
Data is shared only with the relevant captain and crew, harbour and coastal safety authorities, payment institutions and legally authorised bodies. Contract data is kept for 10 years and contact data with marketing consent until the consent is withdrawn.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may access, correct and delete your data, object to processing and claim compensation for damage. Send requests in writing to rezervasyon@aymarinyachting.com or to Yalıkavak Marina Yolu No: 14, Bodrum.
Data security
Your personal data is stored in access-restricted systems over encrypted connections. Passport copies are deleted within 30 days of the harbour notification being completed. In the event of a data breach, the Personal Data Protection Board and the people affected are notified within 72 hours.
