About Us

Aymarin Yachting began in the summer of 2009 in Bodrum, when captain Hakan Yalçın and chef Murat Demirci set out on blue cruises aboard a single gulet. By the end of that first season half the guests had booked dates for the following summer, and the business grew on that trust.

Where we are today

Our fleet has 42 crewed vessels departing Bodrum, Göcek, Marmaris and Antalya: guletler for 6-16 guests, motor yachts for 8-12 and catamarans for 8-10. Thirty-one of the boats are owned by us and eleven by owners who work only with us. Every vessel passes an independent survey before the season, and the certificates are published under Guides and Contracts.

Our principles

• Open pricing: the charter fee, meals, fuel and harbour allowance and extras are shown separately in the written offer.
• Our own crew: captains, deckhands and chefs work with us all year and renew their first-aid and firefighting training every season.
• Safety first: the captain always has the final say on whether a route suits the weather and sea state.
• Sustainable cruising: we use mooring buoys rather than anchors wherever possible and discharge waste water only offshore in permitted zones.

Our team

A 14-person reservations and operations team works from our Bodrum head office, and more than 120 crew members serve during the season. Roughly 61% of our guests are returning guests or come on their recommendation.

Why Aymarin?

At the end of every season we send all guests an anonymous survey and share the results with captains and chefs. Our average score in 2025 was 4.9/5; for the two main issues that lowered it (air-conditioning noise and late handover) generator insulation and the check-in process were redesigned. Publishing criticism rather than hiding it is how we improve.
